Liaoning University of Science and Technology is a multidisciplinary university with a main focus on engineering and cooperatively development of science, economics, management, law and other disciplines. The school is located in the city of Anshan, Steel Center of China, with the National Forest Park, Qianshan on its eastern part, and the National 4A-level resort, Jade Buddha Court on its western part. The University of Science and Technology Liaoning (USTL) was established in 1948 and was one of China’s earliest metallurgical higher institutions. The university has developed into a national comprehensive university with a main focus on technology. The school covers an area of 1.84 million square meters, with over 1 billion-yuan fixed assets, and more than 1.59 million copies of library collection. Its strength lies in polytechnic education, and it continues to develop its overall construction and curriculum development.
