The Master of Global Management (MGM) is a full-time postgraduate degree program customized for international fresh graduates and young professionals with interest in both international management and Chinese economy, aiming to take up leadership positions in their careers. The program intends to develop students’ knowledge and skills of managing global business and enhance students’ international exposure for leadership roles in cross-cultural working environment.

Except for the students going abroad for further education, the employers of SEM’s graduates mainly fall into eight industries. Business service sector accounts for highest ratio of 17%. Non-banking finance sector is 15%. Manufacture, banking and telecommunication industry are 14% respectively. The construction industry is 12%. Real estate sector is 8% while the smallest ratio is in the energy industry (3%).
