Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic (CAP) was founded in 1965. It is situated in Chengdu, the city with a cultural history over one thousand years old, also known as “The Land of Abundance”. CAP is a full-time college directly under the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, and is one of the first 28 demonstration colleges among the 1,300 higher vocational and technical colleges nationwide.

Hefei University of Technology is a national key university administrated directly by the Ministry of Education of China. Henan University of Science and Technology (HAUST) is located in Luoyang, well-known as the thousand-year ancient capital and the peony flower city, which is also the sub-center of the city cluster in central plains of China. HAUST is a model university of Deepening Educational Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a national-level Continuing Education Base for Professional and Technical Personnel, the first rank of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation and Technologies Transfer Bases accredited by the Ministry of Education. national-level key university co-constructed by the Jiangsu Provincial People’s
Government, the China Meteorological Administration, the State Oceanic Administration and the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
