Established in 1999, Zhijiang College is a full-time independent college of higher education affiliated to Zhejiang University of Technology (Hangzhou). It has been ranked 5th on the “High-level Chinese Independent Colleges List” issued by the most prestigious private ranking system in China for 5 successive years.
Zhijiang College offers 35 undergraduate majors in 10 schools: namely, School of Business, School of Information and Engineering, School of humanities, School of Mechanical Engineering, School of Foreign languages, School of Architecture, School of Design, School of Science, School of Tourism, School of Continuing Education. Currently, the college has 395 faculty members and enrolls 8000 undergraduate students and overseas students every year.
The main campus of Zhijiang College is located in the beautiful cultural city of Shaoxing (Keqiao District), Zhejiang Province. The campus covers an area of 70 hectares, neighboring the world’s largest fabric distribution center—China Fabric City. Students in Zhijiang College enjoy the tranquility of picturesque lakeside campus and the prosperity of multicultural Keqiao downtown center, as well as the facility of shuttle buses from/ to different areas of Hangzhou every day.
