The University Agency Number is the code when you applying the Chinese Government Scholarship as an international student.
Generally, the agency number must be required when you applying online at CSC online application system (https://laihua.csc.edu.cn). If you want to apply a scholarship you are suggested to apply China's university on CUCAS at first, then you apply the scholarship with the right agency number and the success rate for your scholarship application will then be much higher than apply scholarship at first.
