Scholarship will provide full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses. The monthly allowance for one-academic-year study students is 2,500 CNY per person. For MTCSOL student, the monthly allowance is 3,000
CNY per person.
Meanwhile, the scholarship will also provide return tickets for one time only. Only tuition fee will be covered when it is online learning.

b. Part-time and full-time Chinese teachers in BRI countries, and the countries that have incorporated Chinese into the national education system, the graduates with bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chinese and Chinese language education related majors. International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship alumni are preferred.
c. Applicants shall not be over 45 years old.
d. HSK (Level 5) 210, HSKK (Intermediate) 60.
e. Bachelor degree majored in TCSOL or Chinese related
f. Full-time or part-time Chinese teachers, or aspired to take future careers on teaching Chinese
g. Students need to come from one belt, one road, 64 countries.

1. A Scanned copy of passport photo page.
2. A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity).
3. A Recommendation letter by the head of the recommending institutions.
4. A certification of the highest education diploma
(or proof of expected graduation) and an official transcript for degree scholarship program applicants.
5. Applicants of the Scholarship for MTCSOL Students are required to provide 2 reference letters from professors or associate professors. Those who can provide a notarized employment agreement with teaching institutions are preferred.
6. Applicants currently worked as Chinese language teachers shall provide the proof of employment as well as a reference letter by the employing institution.
7. Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.

Q: If I failed to get the scholarship, is the money refundable?
A: No, because the application process for this scholarship is complicated and hard to deal with. We need a very long time to help you apply it. As a result, it is not refundable.
Q: When can I know the result whether I get the scholarship or not?
A: Generally, the result will come out around mid-February for Spring Intake and around May to June for Autumn Intake.
Q: When will I get the admission documents?
A: The admission documents, including Admission Letter, Scholarship Confirmation and Visa Letter, will be delivered to you 1-2 months before the course starts.
Q: Why should I pay the service fee in advance?
A: Scholarship application takes time, effort and resource in both CUCAS and universities, and the process is irreversible. In case of casual applications and attempts, we charge service fee in advance. There is no extra cost or hidden charge.
