1. Applicant must be foreign nationality in good health and under the age of 40 with a Master’s degree
2. HSK4 certificate or above, or certificate proves that you were taught in Chinese in a previous university or Chinese Secondary School of your country for the Chinese taught programs

Entrance Exam Mock Test

More and more universities in China have started requesting international students to take the national entrance exam, those who failed might be required to take extra foundation programs.

CUCAS is cooperating with top Chinese universities to provide CUCAS Study in China Entrance Exam Mock Test(CEEMT) for students who want to get admission in China. By spending 20 USD and taking the mock test, you can familiarise yourself with the test's difficulty and format, gain insights into the different sections of the exam, and predict your result before taking the actual exam.

1. Notarized highest degree certificate
2. Academic transcripts (notarized copy in English or Chinese)
3. Digital photo
4. Copy of two recommendation letters from professors (Chinese or English)
5. Study plan or research proposal
6. Copy of the front page of passport (valid period should be over 1 year)
7. Copy of Health Certificate from hospital within the past 1 year
8. TOEFL 80 or above, IELTS 5.5 or above, or proofs indicating that you have attended universities where English is the principal language of instruction for the English taught programs
9. Certificate of achievement of HSK level 4 (210 points) or above within two years for the Chinese taught programs
10. Financial proof
11. Non-criminal record within the past 6 months

Q: If I failed to get the scholarship, is the money refundable?
A: Yes, please refer to our "Terms & Conditions".

Q: When can I know the result whether I get the scholarship or not?
A: Generally, the result will come out around mid-February for Spring Intake and around May to June for Autumn Intake.

Q: When will I get the admission documents?
A: The admission documents, including Admission Letter, Scholarship Confirmation and Visa Letter, will be delivered to you 1-2 months before the course starts.

Q: Why should I pay the service fee in advance?
A: Scholarship application takes time, effort and resource in both CUCAS and universities, and the process is irreversible. In case of casual applications and attempts, we charge service fee in advance. There is no extra cost or hidden charge.
