Scholarship Coverage

Include:

Tuition

Class B (50% tuition fees): RMB 6,900 CNY (BA) or 7,300 CNY (BS) per year for Bachelor students
Class C (25% tuition fees):RMB 3,450 CNY (BA)or 3,650 CNY (BS) per year for Bachelor students

Note:

1.Students need to pay 500 $ deposit accommodation fee to university after admitted successfully.

2.CUMT Scholarship is renewable annually, scholarship holders who have good daily performance, do not miss any class and pass all courses will be granted with the same scholarship continuously.

3.The undergraduate students who have excellent academic performance will have the chance to enjoy an extra study allowance on the basis of their scholarships (the amount is varying and the maximum is 2300 CNY)

Eligibility

1.Age: no more than 30 years old for bachelor applicants
2.Good health
3.Class B: GPA≥3；Class C: GPA≥2.8（total GPA is 4）

Documents You Need to Provide (Application Documents Sample)

1. Photocopy of valid passport

2. Passport photo

3. Photocopy of highest education certificate (Notarized version)
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

4. Photocopy of highest education transcript (Notarized version)
Academic transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

5. Language proficiency test certificate

6. Personal Statement more then 500 words.

7. Application form provided by CUCAS' counselors.

8. Financial Support Form.
Can be in English or Chinese. Need to have hand write signature.

9.Physical Exam Form.

10. At least 2 recommendation letters.
To apply PhD, applicant need to get recommendation letter from teacher of this University.

Q: If I failed to get the scholarship, is the money refundable?
A: Yes, please refer to our "Terms & Conditions".

Q: When can I know the result whether I get the scholarship or not?
A: Generally, the result will come out around mid-February for Spring Intake and aroud May to June for Autumn Intake.

Q: When will I get the admission documents?
A: The admission documents, including Admission Letter, Scholarship Confirmation and Visa Letter, will be delivered to you 1-2 months before the course starts.

Q: Why should I pay the service fee in advance?
A: Scholarship application takes time, effort and resource in both CUCAS and universities, and the process is irreversible. In case of casual applications and attempts, we charge service fee in advance. There is no extra cost or hidden charge.
