Once you’ve submitted your application, please wait 2-4 weeks for the university to process your application. Once the university has made a decision, CUCAS will notify you by email. You can also track your application status by logging into your CUCAS account.
We ask you to complete the following main sections.
All the sections listed are required to be completed, as in the picture shown below. These are required by the university processing your application.

Once you have finished all the sections, you can submit your application by clicking the button.
In this section, applicants need to fill out the online application form, including personal information, education background, language proficiency, etc.
Some form items have certain requirements which will be listed below the blank. Please fill in the blanks as requested.

Please upload photocopies of required application materials according to the university’s admissions criteria.
All the materials should be MS-Word (.doc), Adobe PDF (.pdf) documents, image files (.gif, .jpg), or compression files (.rar, .zip). Each file cannot exceed 8 MB (megabytes)

In this section, please pay your application fee to each university in addition to the CUCAS processing fee.
CUCAS offers five types of payment methods. Please carefully select your preferred payment method and to make the payment.
CUCAS offers an online invoice to help you to make an offline payment more conveniently. Click on ‘Browse Invoice’ to see your CUCAS invoice. Please take the invoice with you when you wire the money.

Students who choose Western Union or Bank transfer as their payment method need to upload the payment receipt after you wire the money at the post office or bank.
How to upload the receipt

Please submit your application once the application fee is confirmed by CUCAS.
To submit your application, please access My CUCAS-> My Applications by logging in CUCAS, click 'Continue' at 'Application Status' column, and go to the 'Submit Application' section.
You will see a big 'Submit' button. Click the button and your application will be sent directly to the university.

When you have submitted your application, please wait for the university’s response. Any questions regarding your application status can be sent to admission@cucas.cn.
Application Status Guidance
You can check your application status in your personal center on the CUCAS website
Your status will be one of the following:.
Incomplete: Part of the application process is incomplete. Please continue your application through your CUCAS personal center.
Completed: The application process is complete and the university is considering your application.
Processing: Your application is being considered by the school against its own admissions criteria. Normally it will take at least 20 working days for a school to make a decision.
Pending: Your application needs to be edited according to school request.
Refused: Your application will not be accepted according to the school's admission criteria.
Accepted: Your application is accepted. Please check your offer status.
